Mine dips every time AF comes for a visit (regularly since giving birth) but the worst was when AF came and I discovered my deep freeze wasn't shut tight and on the same day. I lost almost my entire stash except a couple bags that were still in the fridge freezer. I was an emotional wreck as I was just back to work and struggling to keep up with what she was drinking each day as it was as I adjusted to pumping while away. My pumping output was immediately less than half of what it had been prior. The stress of knowing the stash was gone and I had no back-up if I didn't produce enough really did a number on my supply.
DD is 5.5mo and we haven't started solids yet either. BFing is finally so easy that I'm worried to mess with things again!
Now, actually. My son is 11 months and I was sick last month, which drops it apparently. Also, I tried a different pump and got 1/2 of my normal output. Try alternating sides, 10 min. ea. for an hour (or whatever time you have). It boosts your output.

Currently. I keep thinking AF is coming, but nothing yet.
