  i buy foreclosed homes.  yesterday we went on a tour of some properties that were foreclosed, vacant/abandoned.  some left wide open.  this one had poo on the wall.  i also saw a dead squirrel, black mold, asbestos, lots of paint peeling all over the place, a hole in a bathroom shower directly leading to outside...i mean i could go on.  but i enjoyed the poo on the wall.  mind you, it was like head high.
