I had pizza for lunch. It's currently ruining my life. I don't have any kind of antacid around and I think I'm going to hurl acid on the next person who walks into my office. The Reese's PB cup I just ate did not help, what else can I do besides make a trip to the drug store?

PS- I know about the Tums thing and asthma, I just need a remedy for this quick before my meeting.

I try to flush out with lots of water too if it doesn't make you feel too full
