DH question

Is DH more anxious than you are?  I feel like DH worries about everything with DD.  He actually told me that I would have to stay upstairs with the baby until my six week pp appointment b/c he didn't think it was safe for me to carry her downstairs.  He is nervous about me falling asleep with her while nursing in the middle of the night, if she's getting enough food, if her umbilical cord is OK, etc.  I never anticipated him being so nervous!

    There are some things that DH gets nervous about like DD hiccuping (he totally freaks out) or watching us if I feed her in the bed so I don't accidentally fall asleep on top of her.

    DD is not that nervous but he's definitely more nervous than I am. I've been around babies all of my life and always helped care for them, especially when my sister had her kids. DH hadn't even changed a diaper until DD was born.
