What workouts are you ladies doing to tighten your stomach muscles? I've been doing a ton of cardio, but nothing really to work on tightening everything back up. I'm not a fan of crunches, but I guess I need to start doing them. Blah, if men only knew what we go through...

I have been doing functional training. It incorporates cardio and strength training. Most of the exercises force you to keep your core engaged while you're doing them. Everything feels much tighter than it did 3 months PP after DD #1 when I was doing mostly cardio.
I still have loose skin that has yet to return to where it belongs but I had a 9 pounder so I didn't expect that it would happen overnight.
Most of the stuff I read says to strengthen your transverse abs first and then move on to stuff like crunches, especially if you have any muscle separation.
