Mommy and me yoga

Does anyone know of a place that offers mommy and me yoga for infants in the western burbs? LaGrange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Oak Brook area.

    I'm not familiar with anything in that area, but have you checked with the hospital network where you delivered?  I plan to deliver at Lake Forest, and they offer a Mommy and baby yoga class.  I hope you find something...yoga was a wonderful postpartum tool for me after I had my first child!

    I teach a Mommy and Me class in Frankfort, which isn't exactly in your area but its an option.  www.thebellyfactory.com for more info.  Its on Saturdays at 10am.
