Poll: How many kids do you want to have?

I hope that we have 4. DH is on board for this although sometimes he jokes that if our daughter is anything like our son, then he is done! haha!

It was just my sister and I and I always thought that was so boring. Plus, our family was super small...3 grandparents, 1 aunt, 1 uncle and 2 cousins. Thats it! I always thought a big family would be wonderful. I tell DH that I have dreams of being older with a million grandchildren and big holiday gatherings at our home

We want 2, but if we have another boy we might try again for a girl...but I'm terrified to have 3 boys. Don't think I could keeps up. That and I don't want 3 girlfriend around later in life, esp. if they are anything like me LOL

We are happily done with one. It just fits our family and we feel complete. I always thought I wanted more but it just feels right as a family of three.

3 or 4, ith ample spacing in between. DC is just 1 1/2 and i can just barely get to the point of imagining tryng a gain. Id like at least 3 yrs in between. But i know I want a bigger family, I was on e of four and loved it.

I don't know. Sometimes I think I want to go for 3, but theere's times I think it would be nice to just be done now.

2 maybe 3. We're like the pp, if our second is a boy then we'll try again for a girl. Part of me hopes that the second is a boy, that's the only way DH will agree to try for a third. I don't plan on trying for awhile though, I want to just enjoy DS for a bit.

We've always wanted 4. We have 3 now, so we'll see. Right now, I'm so sleep deprived and exhausted from having kids close in age, that I don't want to think about another.

zero. Just kidding. mostly. I was happy with none, but I knew that hubster wanted 2 so I sucked it up. We're doing the good ole pull'n'pray this month and then next month we're going to be working on The Spare. Two is it, though.

We are finished with 1. We feel that we will be able to be more financially comfortable with just 1 child. It is amazing how many people seem to judge us for only wanting 1. Whenever we say we are having 1 child, people say .."Really, ..are you sure? Oh, you'll change your mind!!" It really is frustrating sometimes!

Right now we've agreed to 4. We're going to TTC #3 in late summer/fall, and will reevaluate after that. We're open to more or less, just depends on when our family feels "done."

I'm really not sure!

While I have always wanted a big family, I really don't think I'd be that devestated if we couldn't have anymore children. I tend to just take it day-by-day.

For the longest time I said 3 but my recent miscarriage has changed my mind. I would like to have 4 and at least 2. I know it is out of my hands though so I am just praying and thanking the Lord I have one healthy baby for now.

DH & I *used* to agree on 4. However, I'm leaning more towards 3. I jokingly told DH that when science allows the man to be pregnant we can have a 4th.

I agree. DH is open to one more though. We said we would see how we feel about it in a few years.

I'm torn. I love my siblings and always said I don't believe in an only child for me personally. However, DH is 80% sure he does not want another and I had a crappy third trimester (PTL=6 days in the hospital, 5+ weeks of bedrest, 4 L & D runs not including birth, costant fear of having a premmie...thankful we held out until. 36w 3d but I'm at increased risk for PTL again if we have another). Hopefuly we'll be in a place to have another in a few years. Everything is still fresh. Plus DS still does not STTN yet.
