Dead Until Dark
I just started listening to it on audiobook. OMG! Its so good. If you liked Twilight, you will LOVE this.

Nikki, I knew there were many reasons why I love you. (Like the fact that you and the girls introduced me to Twilight) But I digress.
My DH bought me the first 7 Sookie Stackhouse books for Christmas. I Sped through them! I absolutely LOVED them!
I loved them sooo much that I also got them on Audiobook, and right now, I'm listening to Definitely Dead.
I am still waiting to get book #8, since I wanted it on paperback, and my DH preordered it for my birthday! I wanted to READ it before I listened to it... But I Already have it on Audiobook! And it comes out on March 31st on Paperback! I better find some other audiobook to accompany me to work soon, because if not, I'll have to listen to it first!
Well, I could always listen to Twilight... AGAIN! LOL

I actually read that series before Twilight and like it so much better. I can compare the two all day long.
Club Dead is my fave in the series.

I have not seen True Blood. I wanted to read (or listen) to the books first.
The audiobooks are read by a woman with a heavy southern accent. Its going to make mine worse. LOL. I am waiting for DH to point it out to me. (I always play up my accent to people when I want something, it works great!)
I love her accent in the Audiobooks.
Although, in book (I think it was 4 - Dead to the world) for some reason the accent and whole feel of the Audiobook was different for me. I have no idea why, it was annoying at first!
