Wasing poop off clothes

Does anyone have any tips for making sure that poop comes off of my DS's clothes?

Sometimes it leaks through the diaper, and then you might as well throw away the clothes he's wearing, since they'll have a yellow spot on them forever. I pre-wash and spray Shout stain remover on them, but the yellow still doesn't come out. Any advice?

Sorry, I can't help you but I'm sure the ladies on the eco-friendly board can. They get poop out of those cloth diapers!

i know putting dipes in the sun gets those stains out like magic. maybe it would work for clothes too?

Soak it in hot water first to get most of it off; then make like a paste out of biz and let it soak overnight. Then wash with your regular load of DC laundry and BAM! no more stain. HTH!
