daycare or nanny in Collegeville

I am trying to get childcare together for my son who is to be born in May and I am having a tough time with this!

does anyone have a recommendation for a small private/in-home daycare in the Collegeville/Skippack area that they have heard good things about or know first hand?  or could you at least pass some names or phone numbers along of people who do daycare in their homes that you know of...the baby would be 3 mths old and will probably need to be watched mon-fri.

or does anyone know of a nanny that they'd recommend?

 and can either set up be used as a tax deduction does anyone know?
