I plan on using Bum Genius3.0 for my baby. I know that you are not supposed touse any of the traditional diaper rash creams because they harm the diaper. Do you use any natural rememdies or do you find that it is not necessary when cloth diapering? Would love to hear about anything that has worked for you.
Re: cd and diaper rash
We CD and haven't had even a touch of diaper rash...?
supposedly?babies get less diaper rash with CDs. (often none at all.)
We only had it once and it was gone with some cream and one sposie. There are certain creams you can use....I think Aveeno is one. I would ask on the EFF board.
We've never had diaper rash with cd's, but have Aveeno diaper rash cream just in case. This is a helpful link.

(sorry it's not clicky)
No rash so far for us
I have California Baby and Northern Essence rash cream just in case - both are listed as "safe" for CDs. The link the pp posted is good for more info.
I've also read that olive oil can be used to naturally treat rash, but haven't had the chance to try it yet.
