Teething: Only one bottom tooth came in?

DD has been teething what seems like FOREVER.  After looking today only one bottom tooth came in.  Wondering how common this is?  Anyone know?

    DS was drooling and biting on things for what seemed like months before one bottom tooth showed itself. ?Over a month later, the second has finally poked through. ?I've read that other LO's on here have gotten several at a time.

    DD got just one top tooth first. It was so funny looking until the one next to it came it (closely followed by 6 more!), I dont know how common it is but I've read/heard that most babies get the bottom two together first. But there are always exceptions like ours.
    My 2 girls, both born on a Friday the 13th, are exactly 2 years, 2 months, 2 hours and 2 minutes apart! And Baby Boy joined us October 11, 2013! image

    DD got one bottom one and about a week later the other bottom one came in.

    DD got her first bottom tooth on her 9 month birthday, and her second bottom tooth at 10 months.  That's all we've got so far.

    And she'd been acting like she was teething since she was 4 months old...

    DD got her first bottom tooth at 6mo and the other one popped up 3 days later. She also seems like she's been teething since 4 months. It's really gotten bad again in the last week. No sleep for mommy!

    DD only has one too.  And it's only halfway through.  It's been forever, and no sight of any more.  I'm sure they'll be popping up soon!
