Help- need advice- got my stash set up and then someone gifted us diaper service!

I have 14 KL0's, 12 modern diapers prefolds- newborn and 19 BumGenius Organic AIO for when she is bigger.  Newborn stash is already washed/prepped.  We got a later shower from DH's work and they gifted us 6 weeks of diaper service -80 dipes/week.  If I tell them to give us less, it doesn't change much in price so we don't extend it by much.  I guess they didn't expect me to be a cloth diaper mama.

I figure I have 3 options-

1. use less than 80 per week and decrease the amount of washing we do for my stash.

2. use the diaper service those first 6 weeks and hope the KL0's fit after that (we are having a girl and we are average sized people)  I am wondering how much nicer it would be not to wash when she is little/worth it to not use the prized KL0s.

3. delay diaper service and use for the last 6 weeks before I go back to work. (off 12 weeks)

I wrote them to see if I could do the first 2 weeks and pick up the last 4 later, but not counting on it.

    Ditto - could you try to sell it on Craigs List? Then you could use the money to get a couple more bigger cd's for later.

    Heck- I even thought about donating it- but I know DH's coworkers are very excited about us having it- and we don't have the heart to tell them.

    You could resell the KL0s for probably really similar to what you bought them for, especially if they're new AND prepped, but not used.
    I think that it would be great to be able to use CDs and not worry about washing the first 6 weeks ... you'll be exhausted enough :)

    Could you delay the diaper service for 12 weeks and have your first 6 weeks back at work be a little less stressful without diaper laundry?  I don't find diaper laundry all that difficult, but the work weeks are so busy that it would be one less thing to do while you get adjusted.

    I would use the diaper service for baby's first six weeks, keep the KL0s as backup, and sell them off after she grows out of them (or keep them for the next baby, if that's a possibility).  

    If we had a diaper service in my area, I'd *totally* be gifting that out to new moms.  What an awesome, awesome gift!

    mmmmhmmmm.

    I would do exactly this. Or, could you sell your KL0's and buy some stuff that will fit after 6 weeks? Or buy cute covers to go with the diaper service pre-folds?
