We are going to have white furniture, paint the walls silver sage from Restoration Hardware, sheer white curtains. The bedding is Wendy Bellissimo Starlight (discontinued, found on ebay). Hoping to get a beige upholstered glider/ottoman with white piping from Babies R Us. That is about as far as I have gotten.
off-white walls (kind of a stone gray) with bright white trim
Hardwood floors
Darkwood furniture - about half antiques, half new
off-white shag throw rug
bedding is off-white background w/ a bunny toile (shades of pastels throughout it) and a khaki/white ticking (like seersucker) fabric as the accent piece
Valances in the same fabric as bedding; white plantation blinds on the windows
some vintage pieces throughout (like vintage toys displayed, my mom's old baby shoes, old nursery rhymes framed on the wall)
We went with a primary colored farm theme (PBK discontinued) and then got a fun colored dresser and toy chest from Ikea. We wanted bright and fun and something that could go for a boy or girl.
Light green walls, medium colored furniture, harwood floors, tan rocker, light yellow: curtains, rug, crib skirt, and other accents, white and light green sheets.
We are getting the nursery done this week. We are doing pale yellow walls, with white trim and mouldings, cherry wood floors. Our furniture is Wendy Bellissimo Cherry (crib, dresser, armoire) and Wendy Bellissimo Starlight bedding. I am getting the Dutailer fully upholstered glider/ottoman in yellow honeybee fabric. I love the children's book "The Little Prince" so I am putting up scenes from the book in cherry frames in the room.
Re: What does your gender neutral room look like?
