how do you wash them and how often? i put them in dishwasher.. dont know how safe that is.

i use the sanitizing bags from medela....about once a day. they are safe for pacifiers.

I put a few in the dishwasher in the beginning...now I boil them in water every 2 or 3 days...it's quicker that way (I boil the water then throw them in for 2 minutes).

You don't have to boil them. I just use hot water and soap to clean them.
