Jeez--there are a TON of doctors at this practice. Which ones do you all actually see? Do you like them?
Does anyone go to the Cary office?
What are the weekend hours? At first glance at the website, I wasn't finding them.
Is there a well baby waiting room, and do you have to walk through the sick one to get to it? (That's how my office is)
What other things do you like about the practice?
I like my pedi just fine (Dr Bell at Rex Pediatrics of Cary), but if I'm missing out on something awesome, I wanna know about it! :-)

Re: Jeffers, Mann & Artman questions
Hey! I can't help much since I haven't used them yet, but here's what I know!
We'll be using the one in Cary. While there are a ton of docs, most stay at one of the locations as their 'base', not that they don't occasionally work at another location if needed. Here's who I remember from my Cary orientation:
Michael S. Artman, MD
T. Christine Lehrich, MD
Erin Wanner, MD
Melissa L. Dolan, CPNP
I think those are the 'normal' Cary ones.
For the weekend hours, they are only at the Blue Ridge office. I think it's generally 8-5, Sat & Sun, but the hours aren't published b/c they are for sick visits only, not for scheduling shots or well-exams or anything.
There are separate entrances (at least in Cary) for sick vs. well (fthe sick kids should never be walking past the healthy ones - the separate doors are from the hallway).
Overall, I just got the right vibe from them at the orientation. All 4 of the people I listed above came out and sat during the meeting (it wasn't just one doc staying late - they ALL stayed late to chat). You can tell they just cared about kids and were passionate (versus another practice which gave me more of a business-like vibe). I like that they have a lactation nurse onsite, and they waive the $10 after-hours nurse fee for the first 2 months of baby's life (most practices carry that fee to the patients since each practice gets billed this from WakeMed). They'd rather you call to make sure your baby is okay, rather than question yourself whether you have a stupid question not worth $10. HTH!
I go to the one in Raleigh, so I don't know about the Cary office .... but the sick waiting room is off to the left - you have to walk through the well waiting room to get there (so that is nice).
I typically see Dr. Mann .... I love him! I have seen 1 other Dr. but can't remember who it was - but she was nice as well.
I have been to both--Raleigh and Cary. We are going to use them for the baby and already use them for Chloe.
Dr. Mann and Artman are our favorites, but they all are good.
They do have weekend hours--they tell you at the info session. If I remember correctly they are open like 8 or 9 till 12 on Saturday and I can't remember the Sunday. You can call the office and I'm sure they would fill you in.
There are well baby and sick baby waiting areas--they are completely separate and the air filtration is separate as well so the vents do not pass along the "sick air".
