First haircut at Cookie Cutters?

Did someone post that they had their DC's first haircut at Cookie Cutters? WHat was your experience? DS needs his hair cut in the front...if I don't do a comb over then his hair reaches his eyebrows!

The triplets each had their first haircuts there. It was pretty cute! The chair was shaped like a rocket or something and they turn a video on for the child to watch during the haircut. They also give you a little certificate with a lock of hair and a picture of the new haircut.

I took the girls there. It was a good experience - no complaints. The girls watched Elmo (they'll put in any DVD for your DC) and were occupied with that while the stylist snipped away.

Ryleigh had her first haircut there too. It was pretty nice, like PP's have said they put movies/cartoons on to distract the kids, which helps! Also they have a cut little first haircut package where they give you a certificate with a lock of hair attached and a picture. I think it's somewhere between $15-$20.

We took Justin there for his. He did great. The first haircut package is $16.95, but I thought it was worth it to get the certificate and picture and everything. I can email you a link to look at Justin's if you want to see what it looks like.
