see Joe took to the soothie but he could NEVER keep it in his face. His little sucking mechanism would pop it out. This thing attaches to the soothie paci and gives baby something to hold on to keep it in his face.
Off to buy one right now! I really hope this works as the soothie is the only pacifier DD will take. She just has a hard time keeping it in her mouth.
we used the clip made for soothies when Addie was little. it helped her keep it in and hold it alot. it was huge when she first got it, we found them at target.

Thanks for the link I'll be sure to check that out as well! It's so frustrating to have a happy, drowsy baby sucking on her pacifier only to have said pacifier pop out of her mouth when I place her in the crib. It's a neverending cycle some nights.
We have the frog one and love it. My cousin introduced them to me when she and my aunt came down to help a week after R was born. It helps keep up with the paci and like others said it helps the baby keep it in their mouth. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to use the Soothie.

one of the best milestones, for a mom at least, is when they can put their own pacifier back in. we had a cupholder on the crib with about 6 in it at night.?
Re: OMG this is the coolest thing...
dd loves them!! we got one as a gift and immediately bought more!
you can get them at a woman's work or through www.wubbanub.com
Sort of like a lovey, plus it makes it harder to spit the paci out (in theory).

I am easily pleased. HA!

after i discovered how much it worked for dd it became my go-to gift. (as a bonus to a registry gift of course.)

I would waonder if there is a remote chance of suffocation using something like that.
But it is cute....and I just saw these at Magpies (of all places) on Saturday, actually.
