For those of you that have had them where are you feeling that tightening sensation? I know in general they are not supposed to be painful, but have you experienced any pain with them? Thanks ladies. Having some weird pains tonight and trying to distinguish what they are.

for me, BH where really tight across my whole belly. i had no pain with them. i have had real contractions and they sat really low and hurt really bad. i could also feel everything tighting. they only lasted for 30 seconds. hope that helps!

Thanks for the input. I feel like I should remember this from DD, but it seems like it has been an eternity since my last pregnancy.

She is 8. It will be almost 9 years between births by the time I have this one..lol. My husband and I always laugh b/c we joke that we were half way to 18.

S/O BH-is there a point where it is too soon to be feeling these? I'm pretty sure I'm having them for the last 2 days. DH is concerned and thinks it's too soon even for BH, but I think it's fine. I thought I remembered hearing something that it's normal to have them for a long time during pregnancy....am I wrong? Should I call?

I read an article that said you can get them as early as 6 weeks. I started really feeling them with DD around 20/weeks. From what I have read and what my OB says that if you have more than 4 an hour to call.
