Good restaurant for a baby shower?
Hey All-- New York Nestie here--
I'm looking to host a baby shower for my friend in the Boston area (off the T please, and pref. in the Cambridge/Somerville area), and was wondering whether people had any good suggestions? We'll want to do a simple brunch, and probably want to bring small gifts, balloons and cupcakes to the restaurant, so we want a place that would be cool with that. It'll be a small party-- about 10 people, maybe slightly less. TIA!

Flora is a restaurant in East Arlington about 1 mile from the Cambridge/Somerville line. It's on Mass. Ave, very cute, and close to the Red line at Alewife (but would require a quick bus/cab ride from train station). I went there for a bridal shower brunch and everything was really nice. I had no part in planning so don't know any of those details, but here is the link to their website. Good Luck!
