Power Pumping ?s

I have been PP in the evenings the last 2 nights, how long will/should it take for me to see results?  When should I stop/know it's not going to work?

 Also, will it only increase my supply that time of night, or overall?

    From what I understand you probably won't get very much during the PP session, the result will be noticable the next day.

    From what my laction consultant told me is that it can take 3-5 days before you see the results of your PP efforts.  So if you have PP the last 2 evenings, i would give it a few more nights before you give up.  It will increase your supply overall, but espcially in the am of the next day. GL
