Re: NBR: Pork chop recipe needed

  • I made baked bbq porkchops the other night.  cover in bbq sauce and bake at 350...I think around 40mins to hour, whenever they are fully cooked.  They were yummy

  • I just made super easy pork chops... just dipped them in an egg, breaded with breadcrumbs, seared on each side on the stove with olive oil and popped them in the oven for about 20 min (in the same pan).  Easy!
  • Make some stuffing (a quick one like stovetop) and then place the pork chops on a pan that has been sprayed with pam and top with the stuffing, put a little bit of water in the bottom of the pan.

Cook uncovered for 35min at 350, and then turn the oven down to 225 and cover them with tin foil. Leave them in there until you're ready to serve. You can leave them there for a couple hours if you want.  Very simple and very yummy, serve with applesauce.

  • Season pork chops to taste (I use salt, pepper, and steak seasoning).  Put in Corningware dish with one can of cream of mushroom soup plsu one packet of Lipton's onion soup mix mixed together wtih enough water to dissolve it.  Put pork chops in dish, smother soup over so all is coated, cover and bake in oven at 325-350 degrees for about 1- 1 1/2 hours.
