This is an Advanced TTTC group those who have been trying 3+ years and/or have multiple failed IVFs, etc. I just ask that everyone please use good judgement when asking to join...in other words, if you are still in the IUI stage or have been on this journey less than two years, this is probably not the group for you.
There is no doubt that this whole TTTC process is painful, but I also do believe that there is a very special kind of support that this specific group can offer to each other, and it is intended as a "safe haven" for those of us who are in that bottom 1% of the bottom 1%.

Well Ladies... it official, I have the 2ww crazies!!! I had a huge meltdown last night
and I have sore BB's (DH said my veins were showing too), I have cramps here and there, my eating has picked up and so have my bathroom trips... I'm only 6dpiui, so I have a ways to go... next Friday can't get here fast enough!

Update - nothing. Waiting for insurance still. I gave up hope on it coming today or tomorrow. So I guess it looks like a late march start for my IVF cycle.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

HI Ladies
Well, I am coming up on the end of my 2ww and I am quickly losing hope! I tested today-- 12piui and got a BFN! I am feeling down about it... and I know I shouldnt...b/c I knew going into this that it was unlikely going to happen on our first try. Just feeling sorry for myself... 5+ years... still not easy.

I have to go back in tomorrow for another beta. I'm losing hope because my bleeding has gotten worse since last night and the cramping is still there. I'll let you know as soon as I find out. Thanks for all the well wishes!

Update: We had our IVF consult on Tuesday and it went really well. I am suppose to start Prometrium on Saturday (CD 15) to induce AF so we can get started with the cycle. RE said we would most likely be using Follistim and Menopur, but of course that could change after my CD 3 b/w.
Hey ladies! I finally had my final IVF appointment on Monday. I am doing what they called a "hyperstimulation protocol" for IVF #1. I have been on bcp since 1/31 and will start Lupron on Saturday. My next appointment is scheduled for 3/2.

Tonight is my 4th night of Gonal-F. I go in tomorrow for an u/s to see my follies. Can't wait to see them!

Status: I am starting stims this weekend for IVF #5. Looks like my ER will be around 3/5 and ET about 3/8.
2 chem preg, 4 failed IUIs, 2 canc IVFs, 2 BFN IVFs, IVF #5 = BFP!!!
3/23 Beta #1 @ 17dpo = 913, Beta #2 @ 19dpo = 1724, Beta #3 @ 21 dpo = 3240
First u/s 3/29 @ 5 weeks 2 days - 3 sacs 6 weeks 3 days - 3 heartbeats 8 Weeks - Lost Baby C, Babies A and B going strong

Update: Tonight is my 4th night of stims and waiting to see if dosage will change again and/or if ganirelix will start. There are lots of follicles in there, I hope some good ones! I'm guessing a Tuesday trigger (b/c that's also least convenient for my schedule ;-)

I'm just waiting for my second beta results.
Thanks everyone - I am FINALLY feeling like normal again, like a chapter has finally closed. I haven't felt this good in at least 4 months. Maybe longer, given that 2008 was officially The Year of Stabbing Myself with IVF Meds. Anyway, hopefully soon I will be messing things up again with another IVF cycle.
Littlemac4, Marisa dn ke11y, I would LOVE to see your BFPs very soon!! And congrats to abcteach - GL - and Vandelay (still an inspiration!)
