Return to cloth diapers......reflection

So, I haven't posted here much. I cloth diapered DS for 10 months, then took a little break in Dec. through yesterday. I am so happy to be back to my cloth. I really had a revelation when I was watching the trashman dump poopy diapers into the trash truck and they were spilling all over the street. So gross. I am glad I took a break so I can remember why I don't like the disposables - the trash is disgusting and I felt guilty for making so much of it, I hate buying disposables and wipes, and I love being part of this community that looks past mainstream media to make decisions regarding our childrens' health. Cloth diapering is really better for our babies, better for the environment and better for my budget. I was on the fence about cding our new baby due in June, but I think I am going to buy some infant prefolds and covers very soon. I am just happy to be back and wanted to share.
