What do you use to mean a group of people as in, you guys or y'all?
I say you guys, but my family is from Pittsburgh and they say yins. I thought that was just a Pittsburgh thing, but I am curious if anyone else says it.
Well, I say "you guys" or "you all" but local dialect here is "youz". Klassy, huh?

"you guys"
Sometimes I say "Hey you guuuuyyyys" like from the Goonies
guilty of y'all. although I do say you guys a lot, too. Raised in OK by some yanks.
y'all
I grew up in SC.
You guys...
Lol at the pittsburgh thing - I went to Pitt for undergrad (from MI originally) and I thought those people were crazy!! Yinz?? Gum-bands? ?Buggies??
It took me awhile to get used to it....?
Just checking my Pittsburgh vocabulary,
Gumbands = hairties and buggies= strollers
Am I right???
buggies = shopping carts
It took me awhile to get it! ?There are more but I forget now...oh Pittsburgh, I miss ya!!?
Uh...I usually say "Everyone" or "Hey, all of you" or if it's just my girlfriends its "Hey, ladies" or "Hey guys" for my close family and friends.?
I've never heard "yins". How do you even say that?? LOL! Like "yin-z"??
I just say "you"
It's so handy, being the same as singular or plural.
You guys. Lol at mfield, always love a goonies reference.
My aunt says yous guys and them them guys. >shudder<
