they are hard work and they are not meant to be taken care of by only one person!  My first night solo and Emme has decided that she wants to be held or else she screams.  It's great.

    Oh, i'm sorry. That happened to me too. I hope she settles down soon. I swear Ryan would do that until exactly 6:05am when Dh would walk in the door and then he would crash out. He finally got a taste of this the other day. Poor Emme...Sleep for Mommy Emme!!

    Gotta love the baby screams.

    Lucas only wants to be held by me so I can't pass him off. Oh well.

    I hope Emme calms down and lets you rest for a while!

    Yeah DH thinks I'm lying about her when I tell him how fussy she is with me.  As soon as DH holds her she's a happy little clam.  He says it's becuase they are snuggle buddies.  Whatever.  I think it's just becuase she's evil. :)

    Do you have a sling? DD loved to be carried in the sling. 7PM was her witching hour and that was my saving grace!

    I managed to get her in her vibrating bouncer and she's happy.  lol  Thank goodness.

    She likes her sling most of the time...but if she's already fussy when I put her in it's hard for her to calm down.

    The vibrating bouncer is a godsend. Heaven bless the person who invented that thing.

    I agree!!!!  It's the best thing ever.  She will somtimes be happy in her death swing (The boppy travel swing) but her bouncer is her favorite.  I don't know what I would do without it.

    I concur about the bouncer. I would have sold Chunks to the circus a long time ago if not for that thing.
