We're having quiche for dinner tonight. I'm fine with Ellie having everything in it except the cooked eggs -- she's only had scrambled egg yolks. The texture is perfect for her, but I don't know. Would you let her try it or hold off?
I think I gave Griffin quiche around that time and he was perfectly fine with it. He actually loved it and now its one of his favorites! I think if she has had egg yolks, then she should be okay with the whole egg. I know there are several different books that say hold off on the entire egg until 1 year, but I decided to try early. If you are really unsure, then maybe wait a little longer.
Enjoy your dinner. I'm so jealous. We love quiche!
We didn't give Ethan eggs until a week or so ago, and he just spits them out. I've tried scrambled and fried and he won't eat either. I say go for it if she did fine with the scrambled yolks!!

I never gave it to Ava until recently, however, I never even thought to since table foods were not an option for us at that point--Ava wanted nothing to do with any table foods until she was around a year old.
