Hi!  I just saw your post from the other day, and I wanted to let you know that we just built with Ryan (actually, we built the Florence model, too) and had a wonderful experience.  We absolutely loved our sales rep and project manager.  They were both very attentive and receptive to our ideas and requests (no matter how small or large), which made the experience that much more enjoyable and eliminated any potential stressors.  The company has a great reputation in this area and they continue to thrive (in the midst of other builders folding in this economy), which is what attracted us to the community to begin with.  After hearing some of the stories related to building in other communities (from friends and families), we fully expected to encounter a few hiccups along the way; however, it was smooth sailing througout the entire process.  As a few other ladies mentioned, we really feel as though we got a lot for our money; and we have loved every minute of our new house over the last few months!

    Thank you so much for sharing your experience.  That is wonderful to hear!!  What area of town did you end up building in?  We met with a realtor today and things don't look so great for listing our house (we are prob the most expensive house in our neighborhood) so we aren't sure what we are going to do just yet.  We may end up waiting a couple years, we are just going to pray about it right now!!
