Isn't that so confusing??? I don't understand how there's not a standard dosage for a certain weight. It seems to vary depending on whom you ask. I never know who to believe, that's why we opted for the lower dosage.
The whole dosage thing is way confusing. Even at 16 months I have no clue what to do. Griffin ran a low fever today and i was debating what to give him. I hope your LO is feeling better soon.
I think it is not as specific as it should be since the weights for each age can vary so much.
The correct dosage for Tylenol is 10-15 mg per kilogram of body weight. Kg=weight in pounds divided by 2.2. I am not going to give a tutorial on how to calculate everything out, but if you google, you will find out how to do that.

My doctor's nurse said .8mL but I don't have much faith in her. I gave Allie .4mL based on several doctor's recommendations online.
