Tylenol never works for me, go to your room, make it as dark as possible, lay down, don't move, don't talk, don't let anyone touch you. If you're lucky you will fall asleep and wake up when it's gone. I've had lots of experience with migraines. If you have any ginger in the house, eat some. I've heard that helps some people.
Call your doctor. I get migraines because of allergies - and thankfully haven't had one yet. I know tylenol isn't going to cut it so I'm hoping my doctor will have a suggestion. Otherwise, cold towel, dark silent room and sleep. Good luck!
I get them all the time during preg, and it's a shame we can't take anyting stronger. ?tylenol and drinking coffee should help if you do it early enough. ?otherwise, the dark room and sleeping suggestion above is great.
Tylenol but if they are anything like mine have been it won't work so usually I have a cup or a two of coffee like the pp said. If that doesn't work I take a nap. Hopefully my OBGYN can give me some other ideas when I go back 3/3.
