  Our relationship has changed due to he is scared to have sex, but other than that we seem to both be worried a lot more about money.  But that's normal I guess!

  Oh, and I wanna update my age. I'm 22 now. My birthday was Feb. 10th. 

  Tuesday Question: My mommy mobile will hopefully be a VW Golf. We have to sell my '73 Beetle, and I want to get anotehr VW...just a more family friendly one. With a heater.

  I don't think our relationship has changed too much this time around- I guess because we are already used to being parents!  When I was pregnant with DD I think we kind of mellowed out a little (we both tend to be a little high strung!) and also became way more cognizant of the future, finances, etc.

  M: (1) How was your weekend?

  Good Considering it was Valentines and my Birthday =D We went to Supercross as a family and then took DS to spend the night w/ family...had a nice dinner out and the next day got a shopping spree on me and baby!?

  (2) Any baby/pregnancy updates?

  Have a low lying placenta which would explain all the pain since day one and might result in a C/S =(

  T: What will be your ?mommy-mobile?? Tell us what you love or hate about it.

  I have a Scion tC for now and it works, I love the gas and pep to it and all but DS is old enough to get in and out himself so we will see how 2 doors is w/ a baby?

  W: Has your relationship with DH/SO changed any since you got your BFP?

  ?Nada, he is always extra wonderful and understanding during my pregnancies. He lets me freak out and then when I turn to him w/ tears he always holds me lol. Our biggest problem is his INCREASE in sexual appetite?

  The only real way that I have seen it change is by making us stronger and bringing us back together because our previous m/c had kinda torn us apart

  I think we fight less about the stupid stuff because we don't want to do that in front of the little one. We are more willing to compromise for the sake of peace- both of us, not just one!

  I think he is more nervous than I am so I'm being a little more attentive to his needs to smooth the way a bit.

  Not really. We just have new "topics of discussion" now. I think it will change more towards the end of pregnancy, but right now I'm still barely showing, and we haven't done a thing to the nursery or anything yet.

  Our relationship hasn't overwhelmingly changed.  He's afraid to have sex as much b/c the only place I'm showing is really low and all he can remember is the scene from Knocked Up where he's scared to have sex with her.  And we seem to come to resolutions quicker if we get into an argument.

  Our relationship hasn't really changed too much. We had just moved in together a few weeks before the BFP so the things we do through the week (just hanging out together and watching TV or movies) have become more routine and we go out less. We talk about finances a lot more and planning for the future (jobs, school, house/car buying), but I think that would have happened anyway.

  It has not really changed...we still do the same things we did prior to BFP.  The only difference is that he rubs lotion on my tummy when it is itchy.  I did not have an itchy tummy before BFP haha!

  It was great. My DH surprised me with a Baltimore Inner Harbor Valentines Day cruise. Good times!!

  Right now I have a Hyundai Elanta. It's cute.... I really want to get a Jeep or SUV though.

He has been a lot more attentive (won't let me do much around the house, gives me more massages, goes to get me things I'm craving). It's been very exciting to see him asking about the baby, if it's moving today, or just touching my belly. It's sweet. I guess it has changed for the better.

  W: At first he was really scared and worried about everything..now he's used to it and he's having fun preparing for the baby. We are having so much fun together. When it comes to sex he always thinks he's going to hurt the baby but I keep reassuring him that its fine;)

  Our sex life has definitely changed, mostly because I felt so crappy for the first 15 weeks.  Then after a spotting/cramping scare, we were told no sex until further notice.  Blech!  Otherwise, I'd say the pregnancy has brought us closer together.

  Before I make my post I have to say that DH and I have a wonderful relationship, we dated for 5+ years before getting married and were married 3 years before becoming pregnant... with that said...  I find myself much shorter tempered with him now that I am pregnant.  I am not sure if its my hormones or lack of sleep or what it is. He has been really good at taking it but the littlest things set me off (Laundry being the big one, I told him the other night that there is no G.D. Laundry Fairy and that I am not his maid!)

  Our relationship has grown stronger.  Dh is more helpful around the house and more considerate of my feelings.  He was always very helpful and caring just even more so now.  Its been great so far, hope it keeps up after the baby is born.

  Our relationship has not changed much. I know I have been extremely moody and grumpy, which is normally not me. DH has been good about dealing with me and tries to be understanding. I think it has brought us somewhat closer knowing we have a permanent bond with each other. He has always worried about me, but even more so now!

  DH has been more attentive, granted in between playing World of Warcraft but he does check on me and see if I need anything which is nice.  The only problem is that I can't stand for my boobs to be touched.  This is driving him slightly crazy but I about punched him the other day when he pinched them.  It hurts to dry them off with a towel.  Its awful.

  T: A Subaru Outback, I don't like that I didn't pick it out, it was my DH's car even before we dated. Also, IT got hit by several palm fronds during the rain last week and now has dents in the roof that I feel really bad about.

  I am replying as a new member of this group. My name is Jessica. I am 27 and I am due on July 17th. By coincidence, my birthday is July 20th. Everyone is betting that the baby will come on my birthday. I do not find out the gender of the baby till next wednesday! I am dying to know!!!

   

  As for the questions, my weekend was good, but this weekend will be better, we are going to Chicago to see my husband's best friend and ask him to be the baby's godfather! YAY!

  Mommy Moblie: I don't even own a car!  It's the city living for me... for now.  The hubby has been researching a new ride.  If I have to get a car, it will be an Escape Hybrid.

  Changes in the relationship: The DH doesn't let me go ANYWHERE without my cell phone, has a heart attack when I go places alone, is always saying that I don't eat enough, he packs me snacks when we go places, and never lets me cross the street until he says, "Go."  So, he's basically decided to start parenting by practicing on me.  It would be cute if I wasn't so stubborn.

  I think it's brought us closer... ttc was kinda keeping us on edge with eachother, and he was ready to give up.  I don't think he thought it could ever happen.  When we found out, I had never seen him smile sooo big (except for on our wedding day).. he has been constantly helpful.  Everytime I move, "do you need something" "are you ok?"  He's just being more wonderful, and keeps saying the baby needs to cook faster because he's getting more impatient everyday.

  Our relationship has changed in a good way. DH is much more sensitive to my needs and understanding when I get mood swings. He also pampers me more which is a big reason why I am loving being pg so far.

  T- I love my Honda CRV.  My lease is up in Sept. but I will probably get another one. 

  W- Nothing has really changed.  We have a fantastic relationship and he has been helping me with little things since I am preg. and finishing my master's degree in May.  He is the best!

  W:  My DH hasn't changed a lot.  He is more helpful now, I suppose.  We are super busy trying to sell our house and buy a larger home, so he's really involved with all of the major life changes we're going through.   Overall, he's really pretty great.  We're enjoying our first pregnancy.

  Yes. The first trimester was rough on our relationship. Granted it didn't help DH was laid off and we were terrified of having a 4th miscarriage. We were really short with each other and it wasn't a fun time.
  
  For the last couple months things have been great though. He's feeling more involved and we both realize we can't do this alone.
