  • Apple glazed pork tenderloin.  It's actually super simple.  I do a rub with whatever spices are in the cabinet, 6 minutes on the George Foreman grill, and then brush with warmed apple preserves.  Yum!

  • i think green salad w/ chicken, manderin oranges, craisins, and sliced almonds.  i just have to get dh to go pick up the salad, oranges, craisins and almonds :)  we might be moving on to plan b...
  • Chicken piccata over capellini and some steamed veggies.  I made the picatta and veggies over the weekend so I just need to cook the pasta and heat everything up.
  • I went grocery shopping this afternoon and picked up one of those Dole salad things...it's the Southwestern Salad - basically, it's a taco salad.

    DH is having leftover chili.

  • breaded/fried chicken breasts with green beans and noodles.  basic and easy.
  • Teriyaki burgers on homemade buns
