Any EF mood lifters out there?

I'm in such a bad mood Angry  I am trying to not self-medicate w/ choclate & etsy....lol.

Any mood lifting secrets out there?  Quotes, pics, etc?

    I don't know if you're a dog person or not but this one of our dog always makes me smile.  It could only be better if my computer was on the nest/bump at the time!

    Hope you feel better soon, I have to say I would give in to a little bit of chocolate though.  I'm about to have ONE brownie (one is how i justify it!)

    2 oz dark chocolate (70% +)

    and 2-3 minutes in bridge pose 

     

    Or a really long scream.

    I usually walk around the building while doing little stretches.  Or look at the pic on my phone of the H and the puppy.  Smiles come automatically.

    Totally not EF, but I got a shamrock shake from McDonald's and it's made me forget that I have my big U/S in an hour!! :) Made me feel a lot better!

    Is it warm enough to take a walk? Getting out and getting some fresh air helps me, even just for 5-10 minutes.?

    Oh, and here's a puppy... he's actually really happy, but looks sooooo sad!
