Have you used them? If so, can you comment on the quality of thier things? I'm looking at thier lined Easter Basket and it's about 50% cheaper than the one at PBK but I still want it to hold up for several years!

    I've actaully used them for many years.  I have never been dissatisfied with the quality of anything I've ever ordered, which is why I continue to use them.

    I used them a couple years ago for some Christmas presents, and I found their quality to be good.  I got a shirt for my sister, some personalized frames, so I can't comment on the easter basket specifically, but I was happy with everything that I did get from them.

    i was very happy with them up until this past christmas. their customer service sucks. they cancelled an order of mine and never told me. I called and they were like, 'oh well.' when i complained that they never notified me of the cancellation. i pressed the issue and the Cust Svc rep said, 'merry christmas' and hung up on me.

    I called back to speak with a manager who was even worse. on that basic principle i will not order from them again.

    however their stuff was great.
