My pelvic bones feel bruised

I feel like I spent a whole day horseback riding (not that i know what that feels like) but my whole pelvic region feels bruised and sore. Normal?

Im sure its normal. My left hip feels like its trying to seperate from the rest of my body. No fun!

totally normal. Mine has felt that way for weeks now. It's your pelvis getting ready for childbirth.
