Is it crocheted? ?It looks crocheted to me. ?Which gets me thinking that I could EASILY alchemy it on Etsy.

Yep, definitely a crocheted burger tube dress.

And you will post pictures of yourself modeling this when it's complete, correct?

Yeah, it's crocheted. If you send me your measurements and yarn, I will make it for you for free, just so I can say I made an amazing hamburger dress for the BK ball. All you have to do is actually wear it in public.

If the BK ball is black tie, do you think you could have it made w/ iridescent sequins as the sesame seeds on the bun and perhaps a little shimmery green tulle as the lettuce?

you know- to dress it up a bit?

Perhaps you could get a gold or silver lame wrap to put around your shoulders that could mimic the foil wrapper of a burger?

And your purse would have to be a clutch that looked like a ketchup packet.

I have 3 hours a week where I show a film in class, so I have three hours a week that are always crochet time. So far I've finished a 60" square baby blanket, 2 scarves, 20" of blanket that I decided I didn't like, and half a sock that I decided wasn't worth the work. I'll have it ready for you to wear to a May wedding

Nah- I just want to be your burger dress stylist- I want to make sure you have a cohesive look going...

I am still thinking about hair and make-up options- definitely ketchup red lipstick...
