I butchered DD's hair :(

DD has a few hairs in the front that are super long and hang down in front of her eyes. I usually wear bows in her hair to pin them back but feel bad when she doesn't have one in because her hair is always in her eyes and she is rubbing them. My MIL said I should just snip them so I did. Wow it is so hard trimming her hair, she was everywhere and I ended up butchered the front and now she looks like Llyod from Dumb & Dumber :(?

I hope it grows back fast!!?

    at least you didnt put a bowl over her head and cut. :) im sure she looks fine... but i woulndt mind seeing a pic

    That is why I will never try to trim my DD's hair- you should have seen my Barbies when I was a kid- yikes!

    If you really don't like it you can take her to the hair dresser tomorrow to have them fix it.

    Don't worry about it - it will grow back quickly!  Just think...she is a girl who will some day cut her own hair - and then imagine what it will look like - at least a baby is allowed to have messy hair!!  I cut my own bangs when I was 3 - I was modeling at the time and was on the cover of Parent's magazine with cooked bangs - my mother was not amused but we certainly laugh about it now!

    LOL! I did the same thing last week. DD has crooked bangs now. Oh well, it'll grow.
