DD has a rash on her hands

She went to the Dr for pink eye on Friday and has been taking drops ever since. Pink eye is pretty much gone I think but now we have this red blotchy rash. Could there be a connection? We are washing our hands a lot but we didn't change soap or anything.

Is it blister like? It could be Hand Foot and Mouth.

Nope not blisters. Mostly on her fingers and knuckles. She says it burns and itches.
