What do you think, re: return a dress

I ordered a bunch of stuff during ON's maternity last week, including a turquoise cotton dress.  Normally from ON I wear the XXL, so that's the size I ordered, and it's tooooooooo big.  Now, I haven't started to show, and my boobs are only about half a size bigger than pre-pregnancy.  I am not sure what to do:

Return it entirely and just get something completely different

Keep it and hope I "grow" into it

Exchange it for a smaller size?

Does anyone know if these shrink if washed in hot water/dried in the dryer?  I don't want to waste my money by keeping something that will never fit. (And by toooo big I mean I could get a third and fourth boob in there with me.)

    I would take them back and either get different sizes or get something else. I wouldn't want to risk wasting my money on something that I would NEVER be able to wear.

    If you think you'll grow into it sometime during your pregnancy, you could set it aside, but if you bought it so you could wear it now, return it for a size that fits better now but still gives you a little room to grow. I know when I buy something, I want to wear it NOW, not in 4 months....I'm not as patient : )

    Whats the return policy?  I wouldnt return it because you will get bigger and may need it!  I know I'm going to get bigger and I will need to buy more clothes.  It also depends on how much bigger it is :)

    Depending on your body, you may have much to grow or only a little. I went from a large in maternity clothes to XL maternity clothes...even though they are still a tiny big roomy. BUT...everyone is different.

    I would just return it. ON returns are really easy too...

    Remember--ON returns are free!!  Return the dress and get a smaller size.  I think I ordered the same dress as you and I do think it runs big.

    I think you have 90 days to return.    Maybe see how you're growing in 2.5 months and decide then.

    Oohh, good call!  And since it was a ridiculously good deal, and I live in the south where it will be uber warm soon, maybe I will just have to justify going online and purchasing it in a smaller size ALSO (I did like the green one too!)

    hey! I am the same size. I wear xxl from old navy and ordered it online in maternity...it was huge.. I ended up sending it back in for an xl and everything was great and there was still room to grow.  Good luck
