    I'm sorry sweetie. I just read it. I am really sorry that DH is acting that way, and I truly hope he wises up soon. Not only does he need to support his gorgeous son, but he needs to support you. *You* need him too, and it's time that he prioritizes the important things in life. I hope it gets better soon. *Hugs*

    I hope everything gets better.  Maybe DH is just scared and a little unsure of things and change.  Hopefully he will realize soon that DS is the most important person right now.

    My friends husband went through the same thing with their little boy. He didn't even want to wash his hands after work to hold the baby. It was really bad. He would get upset and hand the baby to my friend because he didn't know what to do for him. He is now watching the baby after he gets off of work every day and doing really great!

    She started the process off slow for him by leaving them together for a few hours. 

    I hope it gets better for you.

    I am sorry you are dealing with this but if it makes you feel better I dealt with it all too. When it comes to men a lot of them don't seem to bond with the baby until they are old enough to interact...this is my husband. He is just begining to REALLY bond with Patrick.

    Also I know what you mean about feeling it is too good to be true. Patrick is 17 months old and I still feel this way. I fear every day that he will be taken away or something horrible will happen, or I will realize it is all just a dream. He is my world and as you said in your last blog entry nobody else can compare.
