I know we all cringe at the idea of a weight post, although most are innocent enough, I just got an idea. I'm not really worried about gaining weight, granted I don't want to get out of control, but I'm not trying to not gain. But to be honest the thing that has me most freaked out is that by the time DD is born I may weigh as much as my DH! idk, flame if you must, but is anyone else in the same boat?

Me too! Now, I just don't want to way as much as two DHs!
That's brilliant! I'm married to the guy that everyone jokes has a tapeworm as he can eat and eat and doesn't seem to gain a pound on his skinny, tall frame. Me, not so much!
We have a scale that "remembers" your weight from before and also analyzes body fat. Anyway, when you first get the scale, you can program up to 2 profiles for the scale and enter a starting weight, age, etc. DH is profile 1 and I am profile 2. However, when I got on the scale yesterday, the scale thought I was profile 1, because I was so far away from profile 2's starting weight.
DH still weighs more than I do (he's over 6 foot and muscular), but he's been losing weight, so our paths certainly may cross by the end of the pregnancy.

That will hopefully never happen.
I am 5'2", and MH is 6'6" and about 230lbs so lets hope we don't even get close!
i doubt that i will gain enough to weigh as much as he does because that would be like 70lbs

Whoa - there's a thought. I think that would weird me out. Hmm... DH is still about 20-25 lbs more than me, so hopefully I'll stay under. I think as long as I still weigh less post-birth, then I'll feel okay.
It's funny what little landmarks we have. I'm about 3 lbs away from passing my heaviest weight in my life. Granted, I wasn't pg at the time, but it still admittedly has me a little freaked.
