for a nice bungalow in the mountains? The area's a bit cold in the winter but no need for a/c in the summer. Signed our contract with the realtor last night!

Hold on - the last time i was in Canada, it was like an even exchange. And that was a year and a half ago. The dollar couldn't possibly have gotten stronger! I would love to move there though

the currencies were on par for a while but now it's about 80 cents US to 1 canadian dollar. yuck. The US dollar didn't get stronger, the Canadian one got weaker. Our economy is tanking too.

I haven't seen any bears or moose but apparently they're all around me. I think they are really good at camoflaging. We do have some rogue chipmunks in the backyard though.
