I know you see them online if you follow the program online - the little checkboxes for how much water you consume, the daily servings of veggies you consume, the dairy, the vitamin, the oils, etc.
If you aren't doing it online, just via books or whatnot, I can go back and see what you need, but I think it's standard unless you are severly obese or a nursing mother.
6 glasses of water (8 is optimal)
5 servings of fruit/vegetables (7-9 is optimal)
2 servings of dairy (I'm supposed to have 3)
1 multivitamin
2 servings of healthy fats/oils (3 is allowable)
1 activity point (at least 10 minutes of moderate exercise)

Mmmm, I like that too. But I also like regular v8 in small doses (cup or less). At least one of my vegetable servings comes from v8. And soup for lunch - that really helps a lot too.

I do all except for fruits and veggies. That's why I like the V8 Fusion.
