Has anyone used the Nature Babycare bio-degradable diapers?
Do they work well (no leaks)?
Considering using pampers but would like an alternative that is better for the baby and the environment. Not interested in cloth or any other washable types.
we also use seventh generation and have been extremely happy with them for 2 years. we've had no more blow outs or issues than any of our friends who use commercial diapers. however, at a year when we stopped changing any diaper at night, we did switch to huggies overnights. we didn't have leaks with the 7thgen, but T was getting diaper rash since they aren't as absorbant.
tip: if you don't already have one, consider getting the amazon prime membership for $45/year. it gets you free 2nd day shipping on any amazon purchases. then, you can order diapers and wipes (and other great baby products- like earth's best food and california baby bath products) and have them sent directly to your house. if you do a subscription (we do a case of 7th gen diapers a month and a case of 7th gen wipes every 3 mos) you get a discount on the sale price as well. it's awesome! we also end up buying all kinds of stuff- toys, clothes, cds, books- from amazon b/c shipping is free. i get way more than my $45 worth!
Re: Organic Diapers
I tried them but I didn't like the adhesive tabs. Leak-wise they seemed ok, not great. They also seem to run big.
I use (and love) seventh generation diapers.
