Not that it was that important, I'm just feeling overly b*tchy today. AF came on Valentine's day, and as much as I like keeping up with everything going on here, I always end up feeling like the unpopular kid, so I have been staying away.

B*tch-fest over, I'm going to find some chocolate.

It wasn't important, just sharing a funny story. I'm assuming no one responded b/c I wasn't asking for advice, just sharing a story about DS. However, everything is just annoying me today so I felt the need to speak up.

Now I'm enjoying a cookie so maybe I'll feel better. Angry

How is his speech therapy going by the way? I don't think I've seen a recent update. It's a good sign that he's trying to communicate in other ways, right?

Hey Angela, it's going ok, but he still isn't talking. He communicates in every way except actually speaking. He answers us by either shaking his head yes or no, he takes us by the hand to show us what he wants, and dh and I and my IL's fully understand everything he "says." His ST thinks it's just a matter of time since he's way ahead in motor skills and understanding things. I hope!

Still going. I had a meeting this morning. This is the... 7th (?) meeting I've had with this company and the 6th person I've met with. It sounds pretty promising if they can get their current hiring freeze lifted.

I also have a second interview on Wednesday with another company.

I'm hoping that something will happen soon.

Sometimes I look at a post more than once to see what other people post in it. So I'm assuming that I would get counted more than once.
