How about a first name starting with L and a middle name starting with U. Although it might be hard to come up with a middle name starting with U. But then you have so many first-name possibilities!

Lu can be short for a lot of names. My cousin's little girl is named Luca (pronounced Lu-kah) and they call her lulu or lu. I also really like the name Luna.

Really, though, if you know you want to call her Lu... Just name her Lu. Like Heidi Klum did with daughter Leni. I'm a big fan of short/nick names for names instead of a longer name with a predetermined nickname.
