DS has what I am guessing is dry skin on his face. Its the only way I can think of to describe it, its red and scaly looking. I already don't typically use soap when I wash his face, I tried putting regular baby lotion on his face and that make him break out. I bought some Aveeno lotion made for babies with excema that I have tried for about a day. What do you use?

We use aquafor for small break outs but Olivia has had big red scaly spots all over her face lately so the pedi gave us a RX for hydrcortozone (sp?) cream.
We can only use it 2 x's a day for 3 days then we have to wait 4 or 5 days to use it again. It usually clears her up overnight though.
We use Cetiphil on his face and Aveno on his body. But for the body that is because of my allergies, not his!
