They do seem to help my nausea, I have the preggie pop drops though, they are just really sour fruit flavors. The actual pops has some odd flavors that did not appeal to me...like spearmint, I hate spearmint on a good day! that having been said, I do not think they keep me from throwing up. If I am going to do that, then there is nothing that seems to prevent it, but for general nausea, I like them! Good Luck!
I've never tried preggie pops but I found that lemonheads worked for me. The more sour the better. I've also found these ginger chews (at Whole Foods) that help too, but if you don't like ginger you won't like these.
No. They don't. There is nothing in them that is a magic ingredient.. They are just sour hard candy.. Any sour or peppermint hard candy will do the same thing and you can buy it a hundreth of the cost at your grocery story bulk section.

I thought that they were a miracle. I know there isn't much too them but they really did help. The sourness was just enough. I tried jolly ranchers and other hard candies but the preggie pops were really what helped.

What helped me was the sucking a hard candy; It's not the "ingredient" in preggie pops.... they are WAY overpriced, in my opinion.
I got sugar free jolly ranchers or lifesavers or something-- save your money
