  I have bought a ton of stuff from the website and have also registered with them.  I haven't had any problems returning anything and would highly recommend them.

  My SIL had her registry there, and I bought her stuff from there and she said she had no problem. She said it was the only place that carried the stroller she wanted and loved it

  they are not just a site- but a brick and mortor store- just like BRU- so they are quite reputable.  I don't know their return policy- but i'm sure their website would have it stated somewhere.

  We have one of their stores near us.  Buy Buy Baby is actually owned by Bed, Bath, and Beyond.  They're really reputable.  I love that store!

  I was just introduced to them this weekend and LOVE them.  We made a special 2nd registry just because they had our big ticket items.  There is only one in the state of Illinois and luckily only about 20 minutes from my house.  Their customer service in store is wonderful so I wouldn't think that you would have any problems.  FYI: They are owned by Bed Bath and Beyond.  Therefore, you can use their 20% coupons on everything except: furniture, diapers, formula and some of their high end strollers.

  just a FYI, you can use non expired coupons from Bed Bath & Beyond there. you just can't use it on furniture or clothes
