  Braxton Hicks contractions. You should be able to find info on them online :-)

  My doc told me that tighetning in the stomach was normal. As long as it wasn't tightening, then loose, tightening, then loose. I have days where my stomach feels tight all day. Just take it easy and if it starts getting crampy call your doctor. Your probably just growing!

  of course its ok!  your baby is hitting a browth spirt or you're experiencing bh - unless its super painful, call your doc.
